Nidan was a Russian producer of packaged juices and juice drinks which was absorbed by Coca-Cola in 2010. Established in 1998, the company grew rapidly with its lines of popular fruit juices sold under the brands “Champion”, “Yes!”, “My Family” and “Caprice”. By 2007, Nidan was the third largest juice producer in Russia, only behind Wimm-Bill-Dann and Lebedyansky. In 2010, the company was acquired by The Coca-Cola Company for $276 million. In May 2014, Coca-Cola closed all the enterprises acquired from Nidan, while “Yes!” and “My Family” trade marks got transferred to the former production plants of the firm Multon, owned by Coca-Cola since 2005.
