ICS Presents Intelligent Transportation Planning Platform at International Technology Forum, Signals Interest in ITEC 2026

Industry Consulting Service (ICS) presented its Intelligent Transportation Planning Platform, a logistics optimization solution powered by the company’s Transportation Package, at an international forum focused on cross-border technology partnerships. The event gathered around 50 attendees, including industry representatives, investors, and government officials, ahead of The Chaoyang International Talent Entrepreneurship Conference 2026 (ITEC), a partner-matching program ICS is now weighing as a next step abroad. Vitali Polyakovski, CEO of ICS, represented the company and delivered the presentation.

ICS was one of five teams invited to pitch at the forum, alongside companies working in enterprise AI, humanoid robotics, academic-integrity detection and agricultural drone infrastructure.

During its presentation, ICS showcased its Intelligent Transportation Planning Platform, designed for mid-size and large enterprises operating their own vehicle fleets, particularly those combining wholesale line-haul routes with last-mile delivery. The platform addresses a set of persistent operational pain points common across the logistics sector: manual route planning, underutilized fleets, elevated transportation costs, lengthy planning cycles, and limited visibility into delivery operations. It is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and integrates real-time operational data with a dedicated planning engine that automates trip creation, optimizes vehicle routing and stop sequencing, and coordinates fleet and crew assignments. The platform also connects to mapping services for route visualization and travel-time estimates and includes a mobile app to give dispatchers and drivers access from any device. This solution is best suited for companies already running Dynamics 365 F&SCM or actively evaluating the platform for their logistics and supply chain operations.

“What we’ve built lets a logistics team turn a hundred scattered orders into a full set of optimized routes with one click, instead of hours of manual work,” Vitali Polyakovski said during his presentation. “That’s the difference we wanted to show here — less time spent planning, and more control over costs and fleet use.”

ICS has built its business mainly around clients in Central and Western Europe, but it’s now looking to grow beyond that base, and China is high on the list. The size of its logistics and manufacturing sector, combined with the pace of digital transformation across its enterprise landscape, points to real demand for the kind of fleet planning tools ICS builds. Taking part in this forum was the first step toward understanding what partnerships in China could look like and what local companies actually need.

Looking ahead, ICS is now exploring participation in ITEC 2026 as a way to keep that conversation going. Either way, the company sees this trip as an early move in a longer effort to grow its presence outside Europe.
